Proper Lifts: Bench Press

Hi everyone! When we’re ready to get into shape, we often go straight to the iron without proper preperation. But form is just as, if not more, important than actual strength. Even simple exercises may look easy, but require strict attention to detial. Neglecting this may lead to serious muscle strain or injury. Lucky for us, the folks at the Art of Manliness have linked up with respected strength training coach Mark Rippetoe to demonstrate the proper way to do a number of exercises. First up?
